Cyanocobalamin is a biologically active drug that has a hemopoietic, erythropoietic, metabolic and anti-anemic effect. Accelerates the processes of tissue healing, normalizes the work of the central nervous system and hematopoiesis system, improves the processes in the liver, enhances the activity of thromboplastics and prothrombin, activates the blood clotting process, reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood.

Activates the exchange of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Forms an energy reserve in the body and actively participates in the process of transmission of nerve impulses.
