DESCRIPTION

Cialis contains the active substance tadalafil. Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate specific phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). The key point is to combine sexual stimulation with Cialis. Sexual stimulation induces the release of nitric oxide from endothelial cells and nerve terminals, which stimulates the synthesis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). CGMP causes the relaxation of smooth muscles and increase blood flow to the corpus cavernosum. Cialis inhibits PDE5, which results in increasing of cGMP level in corpus cavernosum, pulmonary arteries, prostate and bladder, providing a stable penile erection.
