Diuver works by stimulating the kidney to eliminate larger amount electrolytes (especially sodium and potassium salts), thus reducing extra fluid in the body. This helps lower high blood preasure and prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.

DESCRIPTION

Diuver belongs to a class of drugs known as diuretics. The active substance of Diuver is Torasemide that binds to the transport molecule of sodium, chlorine  potassium ions in the thick ascending loop of Henle, which results in blocking active sodium and chloride reabsorption and, as a result, lowering osmotic pressure in the intracellular fluid. Torasemide has a hemodynamic effect in patients with hypertension, it lowers systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with acute heart failure or chronic renal failure. INSTRUCTIONS & DOSAGE

Active substance: torasemide 10mg

Excipients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, sodium starch glycolate, silica colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate

Diuver is administrated orally after meals in the morning.

Edema of different genesis: starting dose is 5mg/day. If it is required the dose may be gradually increased to 20-40mg/day, in some cases - to 200mg/day. Treatment by Diuver should be maintained until the desired diuretic response is obtained.

Arterial Hypertension: starting dose is 2,5mg/day. If required the dose may be increased to 5mg/day.

STORAGE

Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
